The next grade level position... what is needed in terms of qualifications or education. It does take some time to look ahead. but since the government has SO MANY POSITIONS... why not try to get a promotion. The resume HAS to get updated. Has to match the announcement. This is serious EFFORT. THanks for finding your article from 1999 from the early Federal Resume Guidebook. It is totally usable today! Kathryn Troutman, Author, Federal Resume Guidebook, 7th Ed. I watched it from the front door. There were 3 cops not two. One across the street at the pharmacy. One by the phone booth at the side of dabby's and one east of dabby's front door. I believe he had the shotgun. The shotgun blast hit him in the left knee almost tearing it off. The others shot him in the chest. He was standing on the island when they shot him . I went out to the island and could hear the whistling of his last breaths thru the holes in his chest. He died just feet away from his last victim he shot in the leg thru his car window.Edhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00838855881356035719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-22429528256033700002018-09-16T18:41:25.480-04:002018-09-16T18:41:25.480-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Bloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07287821785570247118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-82566832087257165972018-09-14T09:15:53.072-04:002018-09-14T09:15:53.072-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Bloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07287821785570247118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-42643582164979105782018-09-11T06:11:18.616-04:002018-09-11T06:11:18.616-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Bloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07287821785570247118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-63892666593573135852018-09-01T15:11:09.702-04:002018-09-01T15:11:09.702-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Bloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07287821785570247118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-61475580968463592072018-08-15T15:42:53.386-04:002018-08-15T15:42:53.386-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Bloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07287821785570247118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-16725819916059467132017-11-12T10:10:13.113-05:002017-11-12T10:10:13.113-05:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.vaiyborahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05095754542895387700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-73826818860426043812017-11-12T10:08:58.138-05:002017-11-12T10:08:58.138-05:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.vaiyborahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05095754542895387700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-90548031768550835202017-09-07T09:24:28.384-04:002017-09-07T09:24:28.384-04:00Richard, my apologies for taking so long to get ba...Richard, my apologies for taking so long to get back to you. Yes, I'm very interested in your story. I've published a small book on the killings, compiling the information I've gotten over the years, and would be happy to send you a complimentary copy (it's also available as a free PDF online at http://efanzines.com/RandomJottings/RandomJottings12.pdf). Because of modern print-on-demand technology, it's not too late to add more information (or corrections) to it. If you'd like the print version, send me an email at editor@timespinnerpress.com, and we can talk further. The post wrote a story on the 40th anniversary. My wife read it to me and it really irritated me to hear it. I tried contacting them several to set the record staight. Took a couple months with no response so i sent a nasty gram and low and behold got a call that day. He was fairly defensive about his writing saying it was based on all the teports.Except mine of course. I gave my version he said thats close to what I wrote. He said reread and contact me. Now I wouldn't have gone through what I did without a avalid reason. I reread his story and yea its full of holes. He told me to call him back. So far no response. If you want to contact me and set the record straight. Reply and I will give you a number to call.Richard Bosiackinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-86476699617721046432017-08-09T02:46:33.694-04:002017-08-09T02:46:33.694-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-89505570133388924652017-06-18T20:09:12.753-04:002017-06-18T20:09:12.753-04:00Yea my husband's story is vastly different tha...Yea my husband's story is vastly different than the policeman's story. He worked at the gas station right where it happened and saw everything except when the gunman was shot and killed. It still haunts him to this day. He stood no more than a few feet from him on that fateful day. He too called 911 only to be told they had already been informed. I've tried to find the news footage because he was interviewed and it did air. Unfortunately the 2 missing sister at that time totally over shadowed this very sad and unnecessary event. If anyone needs to contact him for his point of view for whatever reason, you can leave a reply and I'll make sure he gets it. Thank you for posting this story. <br />Eileen Bosiacki Eileen Bosiackihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05003592054520660129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-11807766234298567102017-04-16T03:50:11.683-04:002017-04-16T03:50:11.683-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Asim https://www.blogger.com/profile/00782154380266870444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-30692941708170002542016-12-01T07:05:52.096-05:002016-12-01T07:05:52.096-05:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11772394297448782133noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-67912524432858832002016-03-21T09:18:30.761-04:002016-03-21T09:18:30.761-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5312595099575093231.post-11299604800790720562016-02-12T12:30:51.351-05:002016-02-12T12:30:51.351-05:00Probabilistic risk models make sense when there...Probabilistic risk models make sense when there's enough actual data, but otherwise their main role is to benchmark what level of response is proportional. I enjoyed PIVOT as a model because it demonstrates how emotion can distort effective decision making.
